Winemaking: the fermentation of must, after a brief skin contact, occurs in stainless steel vats at the controlled temperature of 65 ° F (18 ° C). Refinement on yeast in stainless steel vats lasts for three months.

Maturation: in steel barrels.

Colour: yellow-straw with greenish reflections.

Aroma: delicate vegetal fragrance.

Taste: delicate with light flavour of bitter almond.

Ideal with: appetizers, soups, white meats and as an aperitif.

Best served at: 50 - 54 F° (10-12°C)
