Colour: intense red, almost violet.

Aroma: delicate fragrance with a flavour of red berry fruits.

Taste: robust, full- bodied with an ethereal bouquet.

Ideal with: meat, roasted meat, game, mature cheese.

Best served at: 65-68 ° F (18-20 ° C)

Alcohol content: about 12.50%
