Grape variety: Malbech - IGT Tre Venezie (Typical Geographical Indication).

Soil: clayey.

Vines per hectare: about 3,600.

Raising method: Guyot.

Harvest: manual, end of September.

Winemaking: the fermentation occurs using selected yeasts, at the temperature of at 80-82 ° F (27/28 ° C), with maceration of ripe
and destemmed grapes within 4 to 5 days.

Maturation: in steel barrels.

Colour, intense red.

Aroma: vinous, fresh fruit fragrance.

Taste: as a young wine the tannin leaves a slightly pungent and yet pleasant flavour.

Ideal with: less elaborated dishes.

Best served at: 65-68 ° F (18-20 ° C)

Alcohol content: about 12.50%
