grapes within 3 to 4 days.

Maturation: in steel barrels with a brief transit into oak barrels.

Colour: intense red tending to a violet tonality.

Aroma: fresh and fruity.

Taste: well-rounded, lingering and soft.

Ideal With: end-meal, conversation wine.

Best served at: 18 - 20°C

Alcohol content: about 12.50 %
