Colour: intense yellow-straw.

Aroma: heady, aromatic and fruity.

Taste: dry, intensely aromatic.

Ideal with: delicate dishes such as fish appetizers, light soups and soft cheeses.

Best served at: 50-54 ° F (10°-12 ° C)

Alcohol content: about 12.50%
